post-quantum cryptography

The Max Planck Institute for Security and Privacy and Ruhr University Bochum are looking for an outstanding PhD candidate or postdoctoral researcher, as part of the CASA cluster of excellence. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct theoretical research at the intersection of quantum information and cryptography.

The Institute for Logic, Language and Computation (ILLC) of the
University of Amsterdam has a vacancy at QuSoft for a talented postdoc
on the subject of quantum cryptography. For more information, visit

The 5th ETSI/IQC Workshop will take place in London (UK) on 13 – 15 September 2017. It will start with a special Executive Track on 13 September and will be followed by an in depth technical track on 14-15 September 2017.

As we increasingly rely on cyber technologies, we are ever more vulnerable to cyber-attacks. The cybersecurity tools at the centre of protecting our business functions and information assets from cyber threats rely on cryptographic tools and standards that will be broken by emerging quantum technologies.

Open permanent position at Telecom ParisTech
Associate Professor on Quantum Information and Post Quantum Cryptography

The Quantum Information and Applications (IQA) group of Telecom Paristech is conducting a research activity centered on quantum information, quantum communication and cryptography. This research combines theoretical work on quantum information, communication and quantum cryptographic protocols with the development of an experimental platform allowing experimental demonstrations of quantum communication protocols.

Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship, at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford. This position is funded by a government grant supporting PQC research and training and with the aim of generating UK-based capacity for future work in the field.  This is a fixed term position ending on 30th September 2018 and is available from 1st January 2015 (or as soon as possible thereafter).
