Hiesmayr at the Faculty of Physics of University of Vienna (Austria) announces the opening of a PostDoc position in quantum physics. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic researcher with an excellent scientific record in theoretical quantum physics. Women are particularly encouraged to apply.
The main focus of the research will be on developing methods for detecting and measuring entanglement of high dimensional and multipartite systems and applying them to complex quantum systems such as, e.g., condensed matter systems or biological systems. A background in one of these fields is expected.
