Quantiki:Navigation

I don't like the links in the navigation bar - I think we should get rid of Community portal since it is more an internal page. Also, the current events are a bit on their own - we should either remove them, or add a link for jobs and the handbook. What do you think? And, HOW can I change this page anyway????
