Hi Jarek! I guess that the idea would be, that nobody is responsible for anything, but that a handfull of people go to quantiki on a daily basis and change things as they become too old. At least that would be the theory, but at the moment I must admit that not much is happening. For example, the featured article has been there for quite a while now, and is even slightly embarrassing as it originates in wikipedia.
