Considering the extraordinary global situation:
* April 7, 2020 is the new submission deadline;
* Submissions will be accepted and assessed according to the schedule;
* Full versions of the accepted papers will still be selected for recommendation to IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering;
* Participants and invited speakers will be allowed to postpone the presentation to next year's edition of the workshop - contingent on the schedule.
* Participants and invited speakers will be invited to present a 20 minutes video uploaded to Youtube and mirrored on the QRE2020 website;
