Qudits coherently encode quantum information in multiple states, promising unique new opportunities for quantum error correction, quantum simulation, and quantum computing. Many physical platforms naturally host a large number of energy levels, but incorporating them into the quantum information stack poses new challenges for experiment and theory.
This workshop will bring together experts and early-career researchers working on quantum computing and quantum error correction with multi-level systems, and researchers from related fields in order to foster exchange and stimulate discussions across disciplines and between experiment and theory.
