We are welcoming submissions for the 7th international conference for Young Quantum Information Scientists (YQIS 2024), which will take place in Paris (France) at INRIA on November 6-8, 2024.
The conference aims to provide a possibility for young researchers to present their contributed cutting-edge research, to discuss extensively with other young researchers and to build strong ties to the quantum information community. It will feature invited and contributed talks, as well as a poster session. Confirmed invited speakers include Ronald de Wolf and Juani Bermejo-Vega. Submission of abstracts is possible until May 20th and the call for papers is accessible here: https://easychair.org/cfp/YQIS2024
The conference venue will also feature the satellite event We Are Quantum (WAQ) on November 4-5, 2024, which includes a series of scientific tutorials as well as networking opportunities with the French quantum information academic community. Confirmed tutorial speakers include Tony Metger, Khashayar Barooti, Lia Yeh, Tein Van der Lugt, Martin J. Renner, Laura Lewis and Christa Zoufal.
While both events are free, registration will be mandatory. We also aim to arrange for additional travel support.
