The EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Quantum Informatics (QI CDT) invites applications for up to 16 fully funded four-year PhD studentships in Quantum Informatics with Integrated Study for September 2026 entry.

Our Quantum AI and Metrology Laboratory at Hanyang University, Korea, is seeking highly motivated, qualified, and independent Master’s students, Ph.D. students, and Postdoctoral researchers in theoretical quantum information science.

Our research covers a broad range of topics, including (but not limited to):

Berkeley Lab’s Applied Math and Computational Research Division has an opening in the Quantum Information Science and Technology Group for a Post-doctoral Scholar.

The International Max Planck Research School for Chemistry and Physics of Quantum Materials is a joint PhD program between the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids in Dresden, Germany, Technische Universität Dresden and the University of St Andrews, Scotland. By working together, we create a highly attractive overall package of PhD level research on solid-state chemistry and condensed matter physics, building on world‐class research activities in quantum materials at the three institutions.

The research group of Prof. Bihui Zhu at the Homer L. Dodge Department of Physics and Astronomy and the Center for Quantum Research and Technology at University of Oklahoma in the United States is looking for postdoctoral researchers to join us. The successful candidate will conduct theoretical research focusing on many-body phenomena relevant to near-term quantum platforms. Topics of research include but are not limited to, quantum dynamics, topological phases, and quantum sensing.

For our group at the University of Siegen (Germany) we are looking for a motivated postdoc and/or PhD student in the field of quantum information theory, foundations of quantum theory, and quantum optics. The group is led by five PIs (Otfried Gühne, Matthias Kleinmann, Stefan Nimmrichter, Chau Nguyen and Ramona Wolf) and the research topics include:
