The nanoelectronics theory groups at Forschungszentrum Juelich and RWTH Aachen are looking for highly motivated candidates to fill a Ph.D. position. The position can start immediately. The PhD candidate will conduct research on theoretical aspects of quantum machine learning and circuit QED.
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in theoretical physics and proficiency in English required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in quantum physics, superconducting qubits, quantum machine learning, and related topics, but strong candidates from other fields are encouraged to apply.
