Position of a Project Associate at the Centre for Quantum Engineering, Research and Education (CQuERE), TCG CREST, Kolkata

Position: Project Associate, in the Centre for Quantum Engineering, Research and Education (CQuERE), TCG CREST, Kolkata.
Salary: Rs. 38,440/- per month (Rs. 31,000/- plus house rent allowance of Rs. 7,440/-).
Duration: 1 year.
Mode: in-person.
Eligibility: Students who have either completed or are pursuing BE/BTech (preferably Engineering Physics or Computer Science, but interested candidates from other branches of engineering can also apply)/BSc/ MSc (both preferably in Physics, Chemistry, or Computer Science, but interested candidates from other branches can also apply).
Job description: would mostly involve programming in Python for quantum computing applications using state-of-the-art algorithms.
Requirement: good knowledge of programming, in particular, python. Coding experience in quantum computing and experience with quantum hardware will be given additional weightage.
