The laboratory of atomistic simulation (L_Sim) is a laboratory of the “Modeling and Exploration of Materials” (MEM) service of the CEA/Interdisciplinary Research Insitute of Grenoble (IRIG).

Our objective is to model the properties of materials and devices using a wide variety of analytical and numerical techniques, including ab initio and multi-scale codes.

In particular, the laboratory is leading activities on the modeling of semiconductor spin qubits.
