Non-Equilibrium Phenomena

The DQUT Conference (Palma de Mallorca, Spain, September 30th – October 2nd, 2026) will bring together researchers working on dissipation-assisted quantum technologies and related areas of quantum physics, ranging from fundamental questions to emerging technological applications. The meeting aims to provide a forum to discuss recent advances, exchange ideas, and explore new research directions by bringing together scientists from both theoretical and experimental backgrounds, fostering interaction across different approaches and encouraging new collaborations within the community.

• The workshop aims at bringing together leading experimentalists and theorists working on collective phenomena in cold atoms, nonlinear optics, and circuit quantum electrodynamics. These phenomena stem from the interplay between quantum many-body interactions, topological order, as well as with dissipation and drives. As such, the envisioned topics span across Non-Equilibrium Phenomena, Statistical Physics, and Quantum Information. We hope that our workshop will provide a setting for a fruitful exchange between various fields and the opportunity for creative new ideas.
