We are looking for a postdoctoral candidate with expertise in theoretical quantum condensed matter to work on challenges related to superconducting spintronics. This is a 3+1 year position funded by the Norwegian Research Council under the project “Flexible Superconducting Spintronics: Geometric control of low-dissipation, long-distance information processing (SuperFlex)”. Focus areas for the group are determining geometric effects on superconducting transport, and the fundamentals of light-matter cavity coupling. The group leader is Sol Jacobsen.

The scholarship offers a competitive stipend of AUD $41,650 per year for 3.5 years, a $15,000 training allowance, a $5,000 travel allowance, an $840 publication allowance and a one-off $5,000 cost-of-living payment. For Domestic students only.

The Niels Bohr Institute invites applicants for a PhD fellowship in Theoretical Quantum Optics and Quantum Information. The project will be part of the theoretical quantum optics group and the Center for Hybrid quantum Networks (Hy-Q).

Start date is (expected to be) September 1st 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter.

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Arizona invites outstanding applicants for a tenure/tenure-track faculty position at an Assistant/Associate Professor level to advance the ECE Department research activities in experimental quantum information science and engineering (QISE).
