Do you have a background in many-body physics, cold atoms or topological phases of matter? Applications are invited to work on a project called "New paradigms of order amidst quantum chaos" funded by Leverhulme Trust. You will work within the Theoretical Physics Group, in the School of Physics and Astronomy, as part of the research team of Dr Zlatko Papic.
There is an opening for a postdoctoral fellow to work at the QuSys Group at Trinity College Dublin with some flexibility in the precise starting date (Early 2022 would be ideal). We are particularly interested in expertise in the area of simulation of non-equilibrium quantum many-body physics.
The QuSys group is a dynamic and international group lead by Prof. John Goold. The groups interests are diverse ranging from thermodynamics of quantum systems and quantum transport in non equilibrium steady states (NESS) to quantum information and many-body physics.
We are a theory-experimental research group at the National University of Singapore (Faculty of Engineering/Electrical & Computer Eng) and Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT). Our research is focused on innovative quantum cryptographic systems, specializing in quantum key distribution and quantum random number expansion/generation.
The Quantum Systems Unit, headed by Prof. Thomas Busch, has an opening for a theoretical post-doctoral scholar in the area of strongly correlated quantum gases. We are looking for expertise in in cold atomic and quantum many-body physics, paired with strong mathematical skills.

We are seeking to recruit a Postdoctoral Researcher to develop time-resolved quantum metrology approaches for the detection of infrared radiation, working in the Ultrafast Nonlinear Optics Group, led by Matteo Clerici, at the University of Glasgow.
The research will focus on developing a pulsed twin-beam source for time-resolved sub-shot noise differential measurement. The project is in collaboration with industrial partners delivering the balanced detector to be used in the metrology experiments.
The Quantum Photonics Laboratory seeks a talented and motivated post-doctoral scientist to act as an Experimental Officer to establish and operate a novel Quantum Magnetometry Facility . This position combines the roles of supporting multiple research projects by different academic users (11 groups have already expressed interest in the facility) and pursuing independent research. Heriot-Watt offers open-ended contracts but with fixed funding for initially 36 months, with funding currently available to 48 months and substantial opportunities for career progression.
