The School of Computing Science at Simon Fraser University invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions. We have multiple openings and will consider applications at all ranks, including assistant, associate, and full professor. Excellent applicants in all areas of computer science will be considered. Applicants with research focus on computer security, artificial intelligence, networks and systems, and quantum computing will be given priority.

We are recruiting an assistant professor, tenure track to the Quantum Technology Laboratory at Chalmers, Department of Microtechnology and Nanoscience. The position is supported with a start-up package by the Wallenberg Center for Quantum Technology (WACQT), which is a 10-year research center coordinated from Chalmers.

The Joint Center for Quantum Information and Computer Science (QuICS) is currently seeking outstanding quantum information researchers to join the Center faculty as QuICS Fellows. QuICS is a research partnership between the University of Maryland (UMD) and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), with faculty from both institutions. Accordingly, applicants will be considered for tenure-track positions at UMD, and those who are US citizens may also be considered for permanent employment as researchers at NIST.

The Department of Mathematics at the University of York is seeking to appoint a Lecturer, Senior Lecturer or Reader in Quantum Information to contribute to the continued strength of this field at York (roughly equivalent to an Assistant Professor or Associate Professor).

The South African Research Chair in Quantum Information Processing and Communication hosted by the University of KwaZulu-Natal, funded by the DST and administered by the NRF resides in the School. The Wilson Fellowship at Fermilab seeks applications from Ph.D. physicists of exceptional talent with at least two (2) years of post-doctoral experience. The Fellowship is awarded on a competitive basis and is intended to support outstanding assistant professor-level physicists early in their careers. It provides unique opportunities for self-directed research in experimental physics through work on the Fermilab particle physics experiment of the candidate's choice.
