In the framework of the ERC project on Anderson localisation of light with cold atoms (ANDLICA), we are building a new Ytterbium experiment. The goal of this experiment is to study Anderson localization of light by cold atoms. We are seeking an experimental PhD. The PhD will join the team of the current 2 PhD students and will be in charge of the experimental implementation of this project. For this position, we are looking for someone with advanced experimental skills and motivation, ideally with a first experience in cold atom experiments.

Joint postdoc position between the Broad Institute and the Weizmann Institute at the intersection of signal processing, machine learning, and healthcare. The work will be performed with the groups of Prof. Yonina Eldar and Dr. Anthony Philippakis at the Biomedical Engineering Center at Weizmann and the Eric and Wendy Schmidt Center at the Broad. Maris Ozols (https://homepages.cwi.nl/~maris/) is hiring a post-doc to work at QuSoft / University of Amsterdam on the topic of quantum algorithms for algebraic problems and for symmetric problems with quantum input and quantum output. The candidate should have strong background in quantum computing and ideally also in representation theory, abstract algebra, or combinatorics. This is a 2-year position, with opportunities to collaborate with other members of QuSoft.

Position open for a 2-year postdoc in the new group “Quantum Dynamics and Control” lead by Aurelia Chenu at the University of Luxembourg, starting between October 1st, 2021 and Feb. 1st, 2022.
