PhD position (f/m/d) in quantum information or quantum computing

We are looking for a PhD student in quantum information theory and quantum computing. At the Chair of Quantum Computing, we study what quantum devices can and cannot do. We combine ideas from computational complexity theory, quantum information theory, and whatever other tools prove useful.

Scope: full-time
Duration: fixed-term, 3 years
Start: at the earliest possible date

The position involves research in the field of quantum information theory and quantum computing, in particular:

● Quantum cryptography

● Quantum algorithms and quantum complexity theory

● Quantum learning theory
