I am happy to announce this opening for a 15-month postdoc at the University of Bologna on a project in collaboration with the Italian company Fincantieri (https://www.fincantieri.com/en) on numerical simulations of quantum algorithms for the Navier-Stokes equations.
The position has a competitive salary of about 2000€ net per month. Only the MSc is required, but experience in numerical simulations of either quantum algorithms or the Navier-Stokes equations is preferable. The candidates are strongly suggested to attach to the application up to two recommendation letters. THE CONTRACT MUST NECESSARILY START ON JULY 1.
If the successful candidate has got the MSc in a non-EU country, he/she must provide the official translation with a declaration of value of the MSc issued by the competent diplomatic representation or Italian consulate in his/her home country within 7 days from the approval of the selection procedure reports.
