Postdoctoral Researcher in Mathematics of Quantum Computing

If you want to apply visit: http://quantmath.pl/job-offers/ We search for highly motivated and talented candidates interested in research in the domain of mathematical aspects of quantum computing and quantum information. Candidates with previous experience in quantum information and/or mathematical physics, are particularly welcome. Among the tasks of the employed scientists will be development of new methods that can be used in the theory of : t-designs, complexity, short quantum circuits, efficient quantum gates. An experience in representation theory and random matrix theory will be treated as an additional asset.

The successful candidate will be employed in the Center for Theoretical Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw in the Quantum Mathematics group led by Adam Sawicki ( http://quantmath.pl ) . The Center was created in 1980 and is the leading theoretical physics institute in Poland.
