Quantum Network

We are pleased to advertise two fully funded PhD positions within the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) programme, in the framework of the QUESTING doctoral network (https://questing-project.eu/), focusing on emerging challenges in quantum networks.
Both positions are hosted within the Quantum Internet Research Group at the University of Naples Federico II (Naples, Italy). Additional information is available at:

We are looking for a highly motivated postdoc for the quantum information experimental research with trapped-ion systems.

We have two research topics (with supporting grants);
- An efficient ion-photon interface for quantum network
- A full-stack trapped-ion based quantum computing system with up to 5 qubits.

Proven expertise in AMO experiments and/or embedded systems will be valued.
