ORCA Computing is seeking a theorist in the area of quantum computing to build and lead the theory team within ORCA.

This is the fourteenth in a series of conferences that aims to bring together the leading researchers in the areas of quantum computation, quantum communication and quantum cryptography. TQC covers all theoretical aspects of quantum information.

Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) is a unique English-speaking international graduate only research university, located just outside of Moscow. Established in collaboration with M.I.T., Skoltech integrates the best Russian scientific traditions with twenty-first century entrepreneurship and innovation.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented PhD student willing to join the QCAT Quantum Technologies Research Group led by Dr. habil. Magdalena Stobinska and her team undertaking the research project entitled “Integrated optics in time-frequency domain: a new versatile platform for quantum technologies”, funded by the Foundation for Polish Science. It aims at research in the field of theoretical condensed matter as well as theoretical and experimental quantum optics.
