Technical problems

The link provided in the FAQ is not working [LaTeX PDF to wiki]. Is there any other alternative for this? I do have two articles that I wish to contribute to wiki. While it is completely possible to write it anew in wiki but I am afraid that I am not comfortable with formatting on wiki.

Hi, I am new in Quantiki.
I have some problems visualizing math formulas: I can not see them if their Latex code is between
amsmath tags, as an example http://www.quantiki.org/wiki/Quantum_Fourier_transform.

When writing forum posts it is possible to use MediawikiWiki-like input format. According to the explanation it should be possible to link to pages within the wiki by using the normal wiki syntax ([[Page Title]]). This works pretty well in that it generates a link to http://www.quantiki.org/wiki/Page_Title, which used to be a valid link, but isn't anymore. Now the links have to be on the format http://www.quantiki.org/wiki/index.php/Page_Title.
