The Quantum Information Group at Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics, Kyoto University, Japan is looking for a postdoctoral researcher in quantum information or quantum computing.
Depending on the qualification, the title of research assistant professor can be given.
The starting date is as soon as possible from 15th October 2022. The contract is renewable every year and by the end of March 2025.

Two PhD positions and three postdoctoral positions are available at Trinity College Dublin, in the groups of Prof. Felix Binder and Prof. Mark Mitchison. The studentships are fully funded with a stipend of €18,500 per year and will commence in September 2022. The postdoc positions are to start between 1 August 2022 and 1 March 2023 with a starting salary of €47,406 subject to annual increments. The Photonic Quantum Information Processing (PQuIP) team at NRC is looking for postdoctoral candidates with interest in this area. We pursue exciting ideas in development and applications of light-matter interfaces in photonic quantum information processing. The candidate will explore theoretical approaches in quantum optics in enhancing generation of quantum error-correcting states and will study the impact of various components in scalability of quantum computing tasks. Any prior research background in these areas is considered an asset.
