A postdoctoral research position is available to work at the Center for Quantum Information at Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST). The successful candidate will work on theoretical studies of quantum information science towards near-term quantum processors and quantum communication networks (Research topic: Quantum Error mitigation, Quantum Error Correction, Quantum Control, Quantum Algorithm, Quantum Network etc.) and will intensively collaborate with our experimental group (http://quantum.kist.re.kr/).

We have opening for two theoretical postdoc positions (initially for two years with possible extensions) in the subject of quantum simulation in noisy intermediate scale quantum (NISQ) simulators. The applicants will join the group of Professor Abolfazl Bayat at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in Chengdu, China. Requirements

We welcome applications for a doctoral and a postdoctoral position in the Institute for Theoretical Physics at the ‘Johannes Gutenberg’ University of Mainz to work in the ‘NEUQUAM’ research group led by Jun. Prof. Dr. J. Marino (https://sites.google.com/view/nequantumuniv)

The appointed candidate will be a highly-motivated, qualified and independent researcher, keen to join our novel team.

There are postdoctoral research positions available in the Department of Mathematics at Bilkent University in Ankara. The project is titled “Topology of quantum resources: Homotopical methods in resource theories for quantum information and quantum computing” and funded by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research.

We are seeking a talented and motivated postdoctoral researcher to work in the field of quantum information theory in the group led by prof. R. Augusiak (http://raugusiak.weebly.com/). This position will be based at the Center for Theoretical Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw (Poland) and is funded by the National Science Center within the SONATA BIS programme.
