Professor of

Theoretical Quantum Optics

(full time position under private law, limited to a period of 3 years). The Department of Physics is seeking a scientist with an international reputation in theoretical Quantum Information Technology (QIT) to advance the University’s ground-breaking work within the field.

The Faculty of Physics of the University of Warsaw invites applications for research fellowships and research professorships in photonics and quantum science. The Department of Mathematics is recruiting a lecturer to further strengthen its quantum dynamics group. We are looking in particular for applicants who work in quantum information theory, but we will give serious consideration to all applicants who will be able to interact with members of the quantum dynamics group. The group's research interests include atomic theory, quantum chaos and quantum graphs, as well as different aspects of quantum information.
