Fermilab seeks outstanding applicants for a post-doctoral Research Associate position working on the ADMX search for axion dark matter particles and R&D towards future axion detection experiments. This position is aimed at exceptional recent PhD recipients with a proven research record from prior experience in experimental particle physics or astrophysics. Applicants with backgrounds in cryogenic detector development or quantum information science may also be considered. Fermilab is the lead lab for the ADMX-G2 experiment. In addition, Fermilab is actively involved in R&D on several new methods to detect axions taking advantage of new quantum sensor technologies. This position provides the opportunity to participate in the development of new projects targeting dark matter, and related detector R&D capitalizing on the broad range of scientific, computing, engineering, and technical expertise available at the laboratory.

Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Research Associate to join the Quantum Imaging research team in the Department of Physics. The post will be associated with UK’s Quantum Imaging Hub. Applicants will be enthusiastic experimentalists with experience in quantum optics or nonlinear optics.

Applications are invited for one Postdoc position in Theoretical Physics in the field of Theoretical Quantum Optics and Ultrafast Photonics. (1) The theoretical quantum optics and ultracold atoms group led by Hsiang-Hua Jen is hiring one or two postdoctoral researchers to investigate subjects of light-matter interactions of quantum interfaces. The group is based at Institute of Atomic and Molecular Sciences of Academia Sinica (inside National Taiwan Univ.) at Teipei, Taiwan.

(2) The main task of the postdoc involves studies of collective effect in EIT, spin excitations of NV centers, cooperative emissions, or GP equation simulations of spinor BEC.

The Quantum Nonlocality, Foundations and Information group led by Yeong-Cherng Liang is hiring two postdoctoral researchers to work on topics pertinent to quantum resources (entanglement, Bell nonlocality, etc). The group is based at the National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) at Tainan, Taiwan but maintains active international collaborations with prominent researchers from various institutions.

We are the Quantum Circuits Research & Engineering Workgroup (qcrew) in Singapore. We focus on building quantum devices using superconducting circuits to provide crucial building blocks for quantum computers and versatile testbeds for exploring novel phenomena in quantum physics.
